Document Management Features
We have developed an intuitive way of handling your external documents. You can attach any type of document directly to your BoxTop job and then, if required, attach these documents to an onward email. These documents remain attached to the job indefinitely therefore reducing the need to refer to the “hard copy” file.
Automatic Milestones – Event Management
BoxTop milestone management provides an automated method of supplying job progress information to your customers. As milestones are reached, BoxTop can automatically issue notifications by email or present them via BoxTrax, our track and trace facility.
Job Costing
Costs can be entered in any currency on all types of job. You can key in both your costs and charges at line level. These costs can be apportioned across multiple house jobs if you are entering consolidated shipments or directly onto the house jobs themselves.
Rate Management
Selling and buying rates can be stored in BoxTop and automatically applied to sales invoices and job costing. Rates relating to individual customers or suppliers can be stored, as can blanket rates that apply to all customers or suppliers. Rates that are specific to different modes of shipment can also be defined.
Consignment Tracking
Used in conjunction with our milestones, you can offer your customer the ability to view their shipment progress online using BoxTrax. By completing the relevant information within BoxTop, your customer can instantly view “up to the minute” progress from job creation through to proof of delivery.
