Once again BoxTop demonstrates its premier position as the UK’s leading freight software supplier, by being the first company to sponsor the inaugural ‘IFW – Freight Forwarder of the Year’ award at an industry star-studded event held in central London. The event was hosted by IFW’s Executive Editor, Will Waters, and featured actor Brian Blessed. Christopher Hewlett, co-founder and director of BoxTop Technologies was invited to present the prestigious award to Eurogate. He said: “Eurogate has continued its strategy of expanding across Europe, developing a high level of local knowledge in areas requiring a specialist focus. Where problems arose, the company demonstrated an ability to turn them into opportunities, and the company had shown strong growth over the past two years. Judges felt Eurogate demonstrated an energy and passion for its business.”

BoxTop, a keen supporter and long-time sponsor of the British International Freight Association (BIFA) Awards was present at the 20th anniversary of the prestigious annual Freight Service Awards held in central London. This year the Special Services Award, sponsored by BoxTop, was won by the PSL Group. Christopher Hewlett, co-founder and director of BoxTop Technologies was joined by The Rt. Hon. Michael Portillo, broadcaster & former Minister of State for Transport in presenting the award.
